Edisen aimed to solve the global distribution challenge of films and commercials by providing marketers with effective solutions for storing, creating, and distributing various video campaign versions.

User Story Journey
Wireframes
As key initiatives have been decided, I created key workflows to map out a large feature under our Plans section, to initiate our ideation and see how the journey would behave. To streamline design and dev production efforts (and to create cohesion), we decided to use Material UI Library components as our foundation.
Goals
-
Platform that focuses on a working cross-ecosystem, between all of their apps under a unified account management.
-
Prioritize data fluency and simplify communicating complex data.
-
Create pre-production, post-production, and distribution seamless.

Flexibility & efficiency of use
Edisen users can access an App Selector from each App’s GUI that will allow them to switch from one App to another, without having to log in to each App individually or manually navigate to a different URL.
Why – Without an App Selector, Edisen users are forced to log in to each App individually and/or manually navigate to a different URL each time they want to switch Apps. Adding an App Selector will deliver a user experience in which Edisen’s separate Applications are integrated into a single functional system and allow users to easily use multiple Apps to achieve their goals.

You can now maintain creative campaign approvals and commenting capabilities.

Users can upload, preview, and share assets, and plan creations for any marketing distribution campaign, for all global markets.

Platform features
Before Edisen, companies were forced to manage their content across a wide range of online storage systems that offered very few additional features to leverage that content. Edisen gives users not only a better way to store and share media, but also offers tools to collaborate around the creation and distribution of that content. Brands are enabled to connect and collaborate with their teams across multiple locations without sacrificing creativity and speed.
