Vestalia (Lincoln Property Company)
Overview

At LeaseLabs, Our main client Lincoln Property Company wanted to create a new digital experience that would capture the demographic of their new property Vestalia.

The property is in a very saturated market, with lots of competitors around.

The website should make Vestalia stand out from the rest. It should feel luxurious, upscale, and modern. We also included a lifetyle video and unique animations throughout the website. The property's brand was inspired by Vesta who is the virgin goddess of heart, home, and family in the Roman religion.

Upon mobile, we ensured we complied with ADA compliancy while also carrying out micro-interactions throughout the single page architecture page. Through the use of vertical lines and icons, I felt that these embellishments were just enough, while also maintaining user functionality to the core for proper convergence.

Within this framework, we added tab functionalities for the floor plans, gallery, and amenities sections.
