At LeaseLabs, our Creative Team, Project Managers, Web Design Team, and Full Stack developers created a strategy to target and market to the demographic of this new multifamily luxury living property named The Atlantic Delray in Delray Beach, Florida. We created a brand standards guide, and I was responsible for designing their new online experience for their upcoming residence registrations. Our approach was to design and develop a Single Page Architecture site where SEO ranked through our geo-targeting platform for all sections, and to create a responsive interface with sustainable usability. I was fortunate enough to create their online experience, while adhering to our new brand development, colors, and overall demographic. The site also won a W3 silver award in 2017, in which case the client and myself were very proud of.
